Plenty of students have gone from first message to classroom in eight to ten weeks. Whether that is possible for you depends mostly on one thing we do not control: how far out the visa interview appointments are at your consulate. We know rough timelines for each office and will help you plan accordingly.

When a school accepts you and you have paid the initial fees, it issues your I‑20. That is the document that gets you into SEVIS, lets you pay the SEVIS fee, and lets you book a visa interview. We read every field on it before you go anywhere, because a misspelled name or a wrong date here turns into weeks of delay later.
The online application, government fees, and consular appointment are yours to complete. Filing is yours, or an independent attorney's, and the decision always belongs to the consular officer.
We help you time the flight, sort housing, and work through the first-week list nobody warns you about: bank account, phone plan, campus registration, and the rest. As an accredited education agency, we work as an authorized representative for our partner schools. That is why counseling, applications, enrollment help, and arrival support cost you nothing when you apply inside that network. Your tuition and school fees stay the same as applying on your own.
Some situations need a custom quote, like applying to a school outside our network or heavier one-to-one consulting. We put the price in writing before anything starts. If you decide not to go ahead, you owe nothing. Complex immigration or status questions belong with a licensed attorney, not with us.
Tuition and school deposits are paid to the school. The SEVIS fee and the visa application fee are paid to the U.S. government. Flights, insurance and housing deposits are yours too. We will always tell you which pocket a payment is coming out of before it does.
We are not the only agency you could use. Still, these are three things we would want if we were packing the suitcase ourselves.

Most agencies close the file the day your visa is stamped. The hard month is the one after that: a bank account you cannot open, a phone plan you cannot sign, a room you cannot find. Step seven has no end date, and students still message us a year later.
Sometimes the honest answer is that a budget will not stretch to a particular city, that an English level is not there yet, or that a plan is not realistic this year. We would rather tell you that in week one than take you through six steps to a refusal.
Yes, and for partner schools our support stays free all the way through enrollment. We work as their authorized representatives, so students do not pay a service fee for the usual guidance. If your school sits outside that network and needs a paid quote instead, you will get the number in writing before any work begins.
Six to nine months before your intended start date is comfortable. Eight to ten weeks is possible and we have done it many times, but it leaves no slack if a document is missing or the visa appointments at your consulate are booked far out. If you are already inside that window, message us today rather than next week.
No, and nobody honest will. The decision is made by a consular officer under U.S. law, and no agency, school or attorney has any authority over it. What we can do is get the school side right, introduce an independent licensed immigration attorney if you want legal help, and offer an optional educational practice interview.

Then you stop. There is no contract locking you in and no penalty for walking away. Students pause for a year, switch countries, or decide to stay home, and that is a normal outcome rather than an awkward one. If a paid quote was agreed and work had already begun, we would only ever bill for the work actually done.
You do not need documents, a school, a test score or a decision. Tell us what you would like to study and roughly when, and we will tell you honestly what the next six months would look like. Usually the same day.
